Mai is the CEO of Ofixx. She leads our talented team, optimizes processes, and sets strategic goals. She has more than 20 years experience in dentistry, business operations,  management  &  development. With her background,  combined with a strong passion for helping doctors and their team's thrive, she is definitely one you want in your corner. She has a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of the Philippines and has been managing and consulting for dental practices for over 18 years in the United States.  She utilizes her skills and knowledge to create value for our dentist clients so they are able to achieve their goals for their business through personalized service and detailed care for every dental team that we serve.

Sacha Medina has an impressive and multifaceted leadership background in the fields of dentistry, business communication and  development. She studied Sociology from Brigham Young University (BYU), she co-founded the Family Smiles Foundation, a non-profit that is dedicated to ensuring children start life with healthy smiles. In her role as COO at Ofixx, Sacha leverages her experience to help dentists  amplify their success by developing a personalized plan of action and effect positive changes in their dental teams' habits and processes.   Her dual focus on business excellence and social impact underscores her commitment to fostering growth and making a meaningful difference for every team she works with.
